Working with me on your real estate transaction means you're also leveraging a wealth of industry knowledge via my business partner, Ralph Eischen. Many of you know Ralph already, perhaps from Union Congregational Church where we served together as Trustees, or maybe we’ve already been involved in your property transaction as co-agents.

Ralph Eischen has been practicing residential real estate for nearly 20 years. He has worked through nearly every challenge that can occur in the buying and selling of properties including difficult negotiations, legal discrepancies, repairs and renovations, contracts, and more. He has been successful throughout his career, succeeding even throughout the 2008 crash. He has taken countless real estate classes, built a huge array of professional associates, and marketed or bought hundreds of properties.

Over the next couple of years, Ralph’s plan is to transition into retirement with his wife Barb. During that time and with some luck, I’ll take on a larger role working with his clients. And I’ll continue to rely on Ralph for advice and guidance, which has been enormously valuable.
